Knowledge Management

Mattson has embarked on a strategic initiative focused on establishing Knowledge Management as a core competency.  The initiative entitled Knowledge, Information, Customer, Services (KICS) will focus on streamlining processes and knowledge sharing thereby permitting Mattson to identify, capture, distribute and learn from data more expeditiously than our present business processes.

Mattson’s Knowledge Management initiative will focus on organizational objectives such as improved performance, competitive advantage, innovation, sharing of lessons learned, and continuous improvement.  Mattson will focus on knowledge as a strategic asset and share this knowledge with our customers.

Harnessing the Knowledge of the Past and Present in order to Enable Our customers to Build the Technology of the Future

Mattson is driving the Knowledge Management initiative in order to align its business processes with the accelerating rate of change in the industry so as to ensure faster access to the right information.  With the implementation of this initiative, customers will see significant improvement in the form of time and cost reduction resulting in higher productivity.
