Driving Directions
From San Jose Airport:
Drive north on highway 880 towards Oakland.
Take the Mission Boulevard/CA-262 East toward I-680/ Sacramento.
Make a u-turn at Warm Springs Boulevard onto Mission Boulevard/CA-262 West.
Take the
I-880 ramp toward San Jose.
Stay in the right lane to merge onto Gateway Boulevard. Turn left onto Bayside Parkway and immediately right into the parking
lot.
Alternatively, drive north on highway 880 towards Oakland. Take the
Fremont Boulevard exit. Turn left onto Fremont Boulevard.
Continue on Fremont Boulevard for about 1.0 mile. Turn
left onto Gateway Boulevard. At the stoplight,
turn right
onto
Bayside Parkway and immediately right into the parking
lot.
From Oakland Airport:
Drive south on highway 880 towards San Jose and take the
West Warren Avenue exit. Stay in the right lane as the
exit curves to the right. Continue on West Warren Avenue.
Turn left onto Bayside Parkway. Continue on Bayside Parkway
for about 0.5 miles until you cross over Gateway Boulevard.
Mattson Technology will be on your right hand side.
From San Francisco Airport:
Drive south on highway 101 towards San Jose. Go east on
either highway 92 (using the San Mateo bridge) or highway
84 (using the Dumbarton bridge) to highway 880. Drive
south on highway 880 towards Fremont and San Jose. Continue
south on highway 880 and take the West Warren Avenue
exit. Stay in the right lane as the exit curves to the
right. Continue on West Warren Avenue. Turn left onto
Bayside Parkway. Continue on Bayside Parkway for about
0.5 miles until you cross over Gateway Boulevard. Mattson
Technology will be on your right hand side.
