Strip, RTP and CVD Systems Ordered to Support Advanced Chip Production

(NASDAQ: MTSN), a leading supplier of advanced process
equipment used to manufacture semiconductors, today announced that it has shipped multiple advanced strip systems to SAMSUNG Electronics Co. Ltd., one of the world's largest memory and logic chipmakers. In addition, SAMSUNG has placed follow-on orders for Mattson's rapid thermal processing (RTP) and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) systems.
