When registering, please provide as much information
on the form as possible and provide requestor's manager's

Mattson's Fremont Facilit ,is located near the heart
of Silicon Valley, and is easily accessible from the 3 major
bay area airports: San Jose, Oakland, and San Francisco. Our
Fremont location delivers courses on all Aspen systems. With
dedicated instructors and classrooms for the Aspen II and the
Aspen III Plasma, CVD, Highlands and ICP Strip Processing equipment,
learning is made easy. Our instructors are trained using the
Sematech PBET (Performance Based Equipment Training) format
for technical training.

Mattson's Dornstadt Facility is located 80 kilometers
east of the Stuttgart International Airport and 160 kilometers
west of the Munich International Airport, and delivers RTP
system training. Dedicated classrooms and a fully equipped
RTP-2800, RTP-2900, RTP-3000, and Helios provide an excellent
balance of theoretical and hands-on training.
ATTENDANCE
Classes are limited to six
students maximum and three students minimum. Reservations
are made on a first come first served
basis. Mattson may cancel classes without the three-student
minimum within 30 days of the scheduled start date.
DRESS CODE
Recommended dress code is business casual. For safety
reasons, we request students wear full-length pants and
closed toe shoes. We
require safety glasses with side-shields to be worn when working
on our training equipment. Non-prescription safety glasses
will be provided. We recommend students bring their own
prescription safety glasses.
PAYMENT
Courses requiring payment must
be reserved with a purchase order 30 days prior to course
start date.
PRICING
Please contact your local Mattson Training Center for
pricing information.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Students have 30 days prior to the scheduled course date
to withdraw from the course. Since many courses are full
and have a waiting list, full course price is charged when
students fail to attend without 30-day notification. If
a particular student is unavailable to attend, the customer
may substitute with alternate employees.
Customers withdrawing
students from free training classes less than 30 days prior
to the scheduled course, will be
invoiced full course price. Free training will continue
to be available, but the customer can not re-register for
free
training courses prior to 30 days before the next course
start date.
