Mattson has developed strategic partnerships with our suppliers, and these relationships are helping us to enhance our competitive position, drive business success and create added value for our all of our stakeholders.

Supplier Quality Program (SQP)

The Supplier Quality Program was established in to help suppliers understand and strive for excellence and continuous improvement in the products, services and support they provide to synchronize with Mattson's supply chain objectives including:

• Cost
• Lead time
• On-time delivery
• Quality

Supplier Day

Mattson holds annual Supplier Days to recognize suppliers who consistently show sustained improvements in performance, exceed quality and business expectations and demonstrate exceptional performance to Mattson supply chain requirements.

Certified Supplier Awards (CSA)

Mattson established the Certified Supplier Awards (CSA) in 2004 to recognize suppliers for exemplary service. CSAs are earned by to suppliers who consistently score and maintain 97 percent or higher on a report card that evaluates criteria including:

• cost
• lead times
• on-time delivery
• product quality
• responsiveness

The winners will be announced annually and presented the awards at Mattson's Supplier Day.
