NOTE: After Technical Training in Fremont receives this information from the prospective student, the student will be registered and notified of the date for training, or be contacted and offered an alternative date. If there is no warranty for free training, the registering student’s company will be sent a cost quote for the training. After registration is complete, Technical Training will then send out a welcome packet with directions to the training center, hotel information, and restaurant information. If Technical Training needs more information, the student will be contacted directly. Cancellation of this class must be done 30 days or more before the class date, or a invoice will issued to the customer for the full cost amount for that class. Please make sure Technical Training receives this form by  e-mail techtraining@mattson.com.
